    • Invited by George Martin to co-lecture with him at Guildford University for the International Engineers Course, run by the APRS (Association of Professional Recording Studios 1989) on ‘Recording Techniques’
    • Judge for three years running on the Australia Council’s ‘Music Board’ granting over $100,000 to talented musicians & composers of every musical style.
    • Judge for Triple J Radio & Sonics Magazine Music Contests.
    • Holder of First Class FCC License, Washington D.C.
    • Largest live audience – 2.5 Billion heard Stav’s recording of the Australian closing ceremonies Atlanta Olympic Games 1996. This involved recording an orchestra, overdubs and shaping the mix optimised for both the PA in Atlanta and TV broadcasts around the world.
    • Largest Choir recording – 700 voices w/ orchestra – Handel’s Messiah Sydney Town Hall.
    • Two-time Episode Winner of The New Inventors ABC Television show for The Smart Console made by Smart AV, and The Every Drop Shower Saver® watersaving device.
